Lessons Learned ISO 9001:2015 Audit Findings

This webinar describes what a single QSG senior consultant who is a contract auditor has found since the implementation of ISO 9001:2015. A review of 23 audits covering 13 clients will be discussed. These clients have scopes that range from design, manufacturing and service. Non conformities by clause will be presented as well as trending over time.

The intended audiences are quality system auditors and process owners. The objectives for this webinar are:

  • What clauses had the most non conformities as well as opportunities for improvement and why?
  • What we thought would be an issue in 2015 but never had any impact
  • Did organizations’ QMS’s mature over time.
  • What does this data reveal about audits
