For decades Rai has observed the careers of professionals in the Quality discipline. While these folks are passionate about their work and contribute so much to the betterment of organizations, and our lives – there is much to be desired when it comes to their financial state. He discovered this first-hand, and subsequently through interactions with hundreds of them starting from the late 1990s. A vast majority of them are ill (or under) prepared for the financial challenges that lay ahead.
