For example, for one of our clients, we developed their employee handbook, safety program, job safety analysis, job hazard assessment, environmental, and sustainability program within eight weeks. We personalized and developed each policy by conducting a gap analysis against the Code and legal requirements and then created an action plan. We developed job descriptions, job duties, new hire onboarding and orientation, grievance system development, and investigation procedures. We also created personalized safety policies and procedures, internal audits, hazard assessments, and maintained monthly corrective action reports.
For environment and sustainability, QSG conducts internal audits and business impact assessments, develops environmental objectives and goals, and establishes waste management programs as well as greenhouse gas monitoring and reduction programs.

A large portion of our current work involves assisting companies with corrective action and root cause analysis stemming from social audits that resulted in findings. We initiate communication with the certifying body, help with training course delivery, review findings, develop root cause analyses, take immediate corrective actions, and implement preventive measures that comply with the Client Code of Conduct and local law.
