The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program Express Program provides small businesses with reimbursement of up to $15,000 to address employee training needs through a list of pre-approved courses. As of November 2024, Express Program grant reimbursement rates have been revised according to business size:

100% reimbursement for organizations with up to 50 Massachusetts employees
50% reimbursement for organizations with 51 to 100 Massachusetts employees
