Leading Change Course Description
It has been said that in order for change to occur a leader or leaders must appear. In this course, participants will learn how to lead change in order to achieve positive results. Training emphasizes a leader’s responsibility to recognize and address the most common causes of dysfunction on a team.
During training, participants will explore the 20-60-20 rule of change in order to use the facts to their advantage to propel change. Resistance to change is normal, and participants will learn how to reframe resistance to be their ally. They will also learn the importance of forming a network to support the changes they desire to lead.
This course will also introduce participants to the organic nature of change, as well as how hope is needed for positive change to take place. They will learn that a simple action can deflate hope, while an equally simple action can create hope.
