I just wanted to touch base to let you know that our newly formed internal audit team (that you personally trained) conducted our first internal process audit of the Dye Process (leveraging the preliminary plan created during our class exercise). The audit could not have been more successful. We received great cooperation from our partners in Production and we received incredibly positive feedback on how well received the audit and the auditor’s approach / attitudes, as partners.
I have been conducting internal and external audits for many years and would like to say that the process approach you taught us is very effective and also enjoyable to execute.
