The exercises made it real and were a good use of time. Also, the instructor’s ability to engage the class made it easy to see how the techniques could be applied to our current spec setting methodology. Paul had great engagement with the class- both during the formal presentations as well as in case studies provided by our company. All in all, a very positive experience!
