We finished up with Al Scorza last Thursday and yesterday, going through the process mapping with us, as well as the risk register.
Don and I are very confident in our preparation now for our upcoming re-cert audit with TUV next month.
We feel this was a significant value add for us and we’re both very glad to have Al assist us in this process. He was professional and patient with our questions and discussions. I feel he was very thorough in the gap analysis and helped us get to a good position for the upcoming audit.
