11/15/21 – What is the ROI or Return On Investment on a Quality Management System?
Before we discuss the Return on Investment and other aspects of the Quality Management System, we should get a very brief idea of what is a Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Management System is comprised of a number of planned and strategic activities focused to improve any organization. These activities improve the overall efficiency and performance of the business by bringing a systematic and disciplined process to control of the processes.
