Sales Excellence improves the skills and competencies of all sales people and ensures they are strong in every step every step of the sales process from prospecting through post-sales service and upselling opportunities. Training topics include how to identify prospects, how to analyze their needs, how to create and present a proposal, how to overcome obstacles, and how to close deals.
Attendees practice new tools and tactics in role-playing activities. Assignments are simply identifying opportunities to implement what is learned in the classroom in the real world.

I participated in the Leadership Training program that you facilitated at Zoll. Today was actually my last class. First, I would like to thank you. It was a pleasure to participate in your training session. I truly enjoyed the experience. I knew a lot of the information that we reviewed in the program and exhibit many of the leadership qualities on a regular basis, but I also gained a lot of knowledge and useful information that I have been able to apply to my professional and personal life. I believe you did an amazing job! You’re very insightful, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I also enjoyed and appreciated you sharing some of your personal experiences with the group. I love your perspective on life and appreciate your contribution to making this world a better place. As a NY Giants fan, I would have preferred less NE Patriot references lol. Thank you so much for sending over the presentations and providing your analysis of the training. Based on the positive feedback I received from participants, the training went very well and the employees seemed to be much more engaged in this training class. You did a great job on developing and delivering the content in a way that was tailored to the skill level of Antaya’s workforce. Also, the interactive group exercises were very effective and a great way to incorporate blended learning into the sessions.
