At work and outside of work, employees frequently encounter situations that spark a variety of emotions. There can be disagreements over decisions, frustration of not being taken seriously, disappointment over not getting a promotion, or even total dissatisfaction with a job. It’s important to know when and how to express emotions, and when to keep them in check.
Outbursts, passive-aggressive behavior, or detachment are not constructive ways to handle emotions at work. While it is not always possible to check emotions at the door, it is possible to figure out what triggers emotional responses and then learn how to respond appropriately.
Emotional Management & Wellness provides the tools needed to recognize your emotional triggers, control your emotional and physical responses, and handle other’s emotions.
This course is appropriate for every employee, every level of the organization.

I participated in the Leadership Training program that you facilitated at Zoll. Today was actually my last class. First, I would like to thank you. It was a pleasure to participate in your training session. I truly enjoyed the experience. I knew a lot of the information that we reviewed in the program and exhibit many of the leadership qualities on a regular basis, but I also gained a lot of knowledge and useful information that I have been able to apply to my professional and personal life. I believe you did an amazing job! You’re very insightful, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I also enjoyed and appreciated you sharing some of your personal experiences with the group. I love your perspective on life and appreciate your contribution to making this world a better place. As a NY Giants fan, I would have preferred less NE Patriot references lol. Jokes aside, you have made a huge impact on me, my coworkers and Zoll as an organization. I wish you continued success. Have a great day!

Thank you so much for sending over the presentations and providing your analysis of the training. Based on the positive feedback I received from participants, the training went very well and the employees seemed to be much more engaged in this training class. You did a great job on developing and delivering the content in a way that was tailored to the skill level of Antaya’s workforce. Also, the interactive group exercises were very effective and a great way to incorporate blended learning into the sessions.
