Research shows that the average individual in our society today will sit through 9,000 hours of meetings in their lifetime! That is over 365 days spent in meetings – not to mention the thousands of dollars spent on meetings. Meetings can be run efficiently and managed in a way that produces high impact. These techniques will allow participants to produce successful results from any meeting, whether as a participant or leader.
This course is appropriate for employees who plan or facilitate any meeting type.
Through training, participants will develop a process-oriented approach to meeting leadership – one that increases the leader’s ability to satisfy both the needs of the group and the objectives for the meeting by identifying task and people concerns.

I participated in the Leadership Training program that you facilitated at Zoll. Today was actually my last class. First, I would like to thank you. It was a pleasure to participate in your training session. I truly enjoyed the experience. I knew a lot of the information that we reviewed in the program and exhibit many of the leadership qualities on a regular basis, but I also gained a lot of knowledge and useful information that I have been able to apply to my professional and personal life. I believe you did an amazing job! You’re very insightful, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I also enjoyed and appreciated you sharing some of your personal experiences with the group. I love your perspective on life and appreciate your contribution to making this world a better place. As a NY Giants fan, I would have preferred less NE Patriot references lol. Jokes aside, you have made a huge impact on me, my coworkers and Zoll as an organization. I wish you continued success. Have a great day!

Thank you so much for sending over the presentations and providing your analysis of the training. Based on the positive feedback I received from participants, the training went very well and the employees seemed to be much more engaged in this training class. You did a great job on developing and delivering the content in a way that was tailored to the skill level of Antaya’s workforce. Also, the interactive group exercises were very effective and a great way to incorporate blended learning into the sessions.
