Good afternoon Jim,
I participated in the Leadership Training program that you facilitated at Zoll. Today was actually my last class. First, I would like to thank you. It was a pleasure to participate in your training session. I truly enjoyed the experience. I knew a lot of the information that we reviewed in the program and exhibit many of the leadership qualities on a regular basis, but I also gained a lot of knowledge and useful information that I have been able to apply to my professional and personal life. I believe you did an amazing job! You’re very insightful, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I also enjoyed and appreciated you sharing some of your personal experiences with the group. I love your perspective on life and appreciate your contribution to making this world a better place. As a NY Giants fan, I would have preferred less NE Patriot references lol. Jokes aside, you have made a huge impact on me, my coworkers and Zoll as an organization. I wish you continued success. Have a great day!
Your presentation was excellent. Thank you. The students were diverse in many ways but your presentation of the material was clear and engaging for everyone. Great examples and explanations as well.
Good Morning Jack,
Thank you so much for sending over the presentations and providing your analysis of the training. Based on the positive feedback I received from participants, the training went very well and the employees seemed to be much more engaged in this training class. You did a great job on developing and delivering the content in a way that was tailored to the skill level of Antaya’s workforce. Also, the interactive group exercises were very effective and a great way to incorporate blended learning into the sessions.
We appreciate the time you took to understand our training needs and providing us with excellent customer service. We look forward to working with you and the Quality Support Group in the future.
