Susan’s class was excellent. Susan’s technical knowledge of the standard was helpful to understand the requirements and how the standard applies to  SPIROL’s EMS system . Susan was able to answer every question asked. The presentation was suited for an inexperienced and experienced ISO 14001 audience.
