Tom brings 35+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, new product development, project management, and regulatory affairs within the manufacturing and medical devices industries. He has held Quality Manager and Quality Director roles for Avery Dennison, Boston Engineering Corp, and Johnson Precision and implemented several Customer Support programs for Sales and Operations.
Tom is an ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer and an IATF 16949 Lead Auditor. He holds a BS in Geology from Boston College and a MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University.
