Susan is a quality auditor, trainer, and coach working with businesses to implement ISO 9001 programs. Susan has worked more than twenty-five years in Quality Management, blending art and science to create a formula for success for organizations to consistently meet customer expectations through positive engagement of their workforce.
Susan trains internal and lead auditors across North America and currently resides in Nova Scotia, Canada. She travels throughout Canada and the US facilitating quality management programs in an effort to improve and grow clients’ business processes so they may achieve their quality goals through international recognition.
In her spare time, Susan sits on many professional and recreational boards, holds a variety of volunteer positions, and is an active member of American Society for Quality (ASQ); she is member leader for the ASQ Audit Division, Chair of the Technical Programming Committee for World Conference on Quality and Improvement, and Chair of the Training and Development Content Management Committee for Quality Management Division.
Susan has earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management, a Small Business Management Diploma, and a Certificate in Total Quality and Productivity Management.
