Quality Management System Technical Lead, Southeast Operations

Peter is a QMS subject matter expert who consults with and advises organization-wide senior executive leadership regarding strategies to establish, deploy, and maintain the foundational principles for a Global Quality Management System in compliance with OEM customer, internal organization, and established standard requirements. In collaboration with Quality Support Group and local expertise, he provides ongoing peer development and support at manufacturing plants and regional offices worldwide, including the United States, Mexico, Germany, France, China, Japan, Malaysia, Sweden, and Korea.

Peter utilizes coaching, mentoring, and sharing of organizational knowledge gained through formal training, experience, and best practices to develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining valued QMS results. He plans, schedules, deploys, and follows through on gap assessments and internal audits, utilizing expert quality management representatives, to assure the QMS is effectively implemented and maintained.

Peter is a Trusted Presenter for organizational critical initiatives and Program Development Manager ensuring flawless customer launch performance, with practical knowledge of Lean Quality Tools, including: APQP, PPAP, CP, DMAIC, PDCA, VOC, VOP, DOE, Pareto, VSM, PFMEA, DFMEA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Change Management, and Structured Problem Solving.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, and is a Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
