Nancy is a hands-on quality and risk management consultant with success at helping companies improve their quality management systems, build strength in solving problems, and develop strategic plans for growth from the customer perspective. Nancy has worked at a variety of companies in her career including a Fortune 500 company, start-ups, and a mid-sized enterprise where customer satisfaction was critical to the overall success of the organization. Her expertise can help organizations optimize quality systems, manufacturing processes, and products to deliver the highest performance possible.
Focus areas include quality management system development and deployment, supplier quality improvements, utilizing statistical methods to improve and validate results, making the most of emerging technology, team optimization, change management, and strategic planning. Nancy has also been awarded four patents.
Nancy has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, a Certificate of Special Studies in Management & Business Administration from Harvard University, and she participated in the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
