Ken Maider is a seasoned consumer products specialist with a wealth of experience leading product development, implementation, and quality teams for globally renowned, multi-billion-dollar CPG brands. Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in over 50 new product development (NPD) initiatives at industry leaders such as Gillette/P&G and Keurig. His contributions include instrumental roles in the launch of iconic products like Gillette’s Fusion, Mach 3, Venus, and Sensor razors, as well as Keurig’s K-Cup and Keurig Kold projects.
Ken’s expertise also extends to startup environments. He has been pivotal in launching new products and establishing robust technical infrastructures for emerging companies such as Drinkworks and Shavelogic.
His broad skill set encompasses packaging, manufacturing efficiency, and quality improvement programs. With a strong record of success in implementing, validating, and qualifying new products, Ken is adept at guiding projects through all stages of development, from concept to full-scale commercialization.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Tufts University and an MBA from Babson College. He has also successfully passed the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Exam.
