Chris has over 20 years of ITAR Empowered Official experience, which includes training and management of the International Traffic in Arms “ITAR” and Export Administrations Regulations “EAR.” She has a record of success in the Aerospace, Defense, Telecommunications and Electronics industries.

Chris offers services of EAR and ITAR training, HTS / Schedule B, EAR ECCNand ITAR USML jurisdiction and classification determinations, ITAR and EAR export licensing, ITAR agreements, management plans for Consent Agreements, investigations, corrective action plans, and Voluntary Disclosures. She is also experienced with OFAC, FCPA, Denied Parties Screening, DDTC annual registrations, DDTC Consent Agreements, Red Flags, CTPAT, Military End Use (MEU) screening, EMEA Risk assessment and mitigation, and global technology security controls / Technology Control Plans.
