Paul is a results-oriented business coach, a motivational consultant, change agent, trainer, and published author. He has helped several organizations turn their businesses around by assuming interim positions including Director of Quality, Plant Manager, and Director of Supply Chain. Paul’s experience working with teams to define and implement solutions to business process problems ranges from health care delivery systems and multi-station CNC machining centers, to nuclear submarine construction.
Paul spent 4½ years as a Graduate School Professor and Faculty Advisor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s (RPI) Hartford Campus, teaching Lean Six Sigma and Healthcare Process Improvement. He was also an Instructor for Continuous Improvement at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) for over 20 years, during which time he was the Lead Instructor in WPI’s Lean Certification program. He is co-author of the book The World of Negotiations: Never Being a Loser.
As a Lean Six Sigma Consultant for QSG, Paul helps organizations develop and implement change initiatives that dramatically improve operational performance. He has trained numerous Green belts whose projects have dramatically improved the processes and outcomes of their companies. His work includes coaching performance improvements with both individual executives and project teams.
Paul has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
