Jourdan Caldwell graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Strategic Communications Degree concentrating in management. He spent over two years working at Medtronic as a platinum level account manager. In this assignment, he identified and implemented new standards that were discovered through leading a Kaizen value stream mapping on behalf of his department.
After graduation, Jourdan began a position at Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) as a district manager for the northern new england territory. He received an immediate impact award within his first month as well as continued to exceed his sales plan month after month throughout his time at ADP. Jourdan especially enjoyed working with the current clients, learning about their business and informing them on new tools and technology to help them cut inefficiencies and grow.
Jourdan has joined our team as a customer support specialist. His role consists of both helping Quality Support Group expand the organizations impact, as well as setting current clients up for success.
