Jim has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in cutting, forming, welding, brazing, and heat treat of exotic materials. He has successfully impacted multiple companies across the Aviation, Electronics, and Commercial industries with measurable improvements in cost savings, throughput, inventory reduction, and employee engagement.
Jim was a manufacturing engineer for 10 years, quality manager for 10 years, leading an aerospace company through AS9100A, AS9100B, AS9100C certifications, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for 10 years. He has led multiple companies in the development and implementation of internal Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt programs and developed process improvement programs while teaching engineers data analysis and comparative analysis using Six Sigma Tools. Jim has facilitated both manufacturing and transactional Lean Six Sigma projects, as well as internal salaried Standard Work processes for office personnel.
