Hollee Howden – Consultant, Professional Development

Hollee Howden is a Leadership and Career Management Coach and Organizational Development Consultant focused on assisting individuals and organizations to maximize their potential. Her expertise is in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Performance Consulting, and Career Management, and for the past twenty plus years she has been helping her clients close the gap between intent and impact.

Hollee’s coaching practice focuses on expanding possibilities for her clients – how they view and execute their role as a leader, how they can improve the quality of their key relationships by increasing their emotional competence, and how they can equip themselves for a new or more sustainable career.

Professionals look to Hollee to provide insight, tools, and processes to enhance their performance and their evolution as leaders. She works with her clients to co-create a more sustainable foundation on which to build a renewed sense of purpose, vision, and a more powerful presence. With a structured professional development program, they learn to develop their capacity and resilience as leaders and human beings, creating a bigger positive impact on their teams and organizations. Hollee is also a master at uncovering the true root of performance gaps so that individuals and their organizations can effectively focus their efforts and resources and realize their desired outcomes.

Hollee’s corporate experience includes roles as an internal consultant, learning and development program designer, coach, and facilitator. Her industry experience includes high tech, financial services, health care and manufacturing. She has worked at several management consulting firms on both coasts, focused on maximizing business and individual performance. Earlier in her career Hollee worked in nonprofit, government, and academic settings providing career and life coaching to a variety of client groups.

Hollee holds an ED. M. in Human Development from Harvard University, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maine, and a certificate in Executive Coaching from the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, CA.  She is a Board-Certified Coach and is qualified to deliver a number of assessment and development tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Extended DiSC, Leadership Architect™, Change Cycle™, and CultureTek™.
