Don is a seasoned professional who has created stakeholder value through continuous process improvement strategies in multiple industries in both the private and public sectors. His qualifications include over 30 years of experience as an executive in Process, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering and in management consulting as an Engagement Director.
Don has an extensive background in the design and deployment of enterprise wide Lean Transformations and Lean Six Sigma process improvement programs in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has personally provided training and coaching to more than 1000 Lean Six Sigma green belts and black belts in both the public and private sectors. His private sector clients include Rolls Royce, Alstom Power, General Motors, Pratt & Whitney, Carrier Corp., Black & Decker, Titleist & Foot-Joy, and Pella Windows & Doors. Public Sector clients include the Department of Homeland Security, DoD CIO, NAVAIR, US Army ASA(ALT), US Army Reserve Command, US Army Joint Munitions Command, US Postal Service and RI Dept. of Labor and Training
Don is a veteran of the US Navy and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Management Science from the University of Rhode Island.
