Chris Scangas – Customer Service Representative

Christopher Scangas received his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and Masters degree in Fire Protection Engineering both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester MA. Upon graduation Christopher worked for Simpson Gumpertz and Heger (SGH) on their fire and life safety team for 2 years. He then worked for Code Red Consultants for a year before deciding to join Quality Support Group (QSG). Chris has his Green Belt Certification for Lean Six Sigma.

Chris is a Customer Service Representative assisting in any customer needs and support. Chris works with clients to support applications for Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Grants. Chris is also responsible for coordinating all training events and assures all customer requests are met.
