Course Description
This course focuses on developing the required skills to become a more effective manager or supervisor in a business environment. During training, participants will explore different leadership and management styles, learn to improve communication, and develop performance management skills.

Learning Objectives
Through Supervisory Skills training, participants will learn what management or leadership styles are effective in different situations. They will also learn how to:
