QSG Training & Work Instruction Videos

Studies show that reading blocks of text is one of the least efficient methods of transferring knowledge especially with a diverse workforce. With this in mind, the fact that most quality systems are focused on written procedures is an issue. The existence of modern video tools means that it is easy to create visual work instructions.

QSG can help your company produce, film, and edit training and work instruction videos for all of your training needs.

Benefits include:

  1. New employees requiring OJT or classroom training will benefit from established and effective training methods.
  2. Organization knowledge will be preserved by capturing best practices and organizational knowledge from your existing employees. Everyone can keep up-to-date, and information from your retiring employees can effectively be passed on without having detailed work instructions that many people do not understand.

Please watch our sample video below and contact us if you are interested!

Available features

  • Bilingual Subtitles – Spanish, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, Japanese
  • On-site/Off-site filming
  • Mobile editing for same-day video review

Lean Six Sigma

Operations Management deals with the design and management of products, processes, services and supply chains. It considers the acquisition, development, and utilization of resources that businesses need to deliver goods and services to their clients.

Operations Management involves strategic, tactical and operational oversight. It focuses on carefully managing processes to produce and distribute products and services. Major operations management activities often include product development, supply chain, production and distribution. Related activities include managing purchasing, inventory control, quality control, storage, logistics and evaluations of processes. A great deal of focus is on efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Therefore, operations management often includes substantial measurement and analysis of internal processes. Ultimately, the nature of how operations management is carried out in an organization depends very much on the nature of the products or services and on the processes required for effective execution. Core processes to be managed effectively can include:

  • Purchasing
  • Product and Service Production
