Bill has over 25 years of senior management operations, production, and industrial engineering experience, maximizing business performance utilizing existing best practices. His background includes building technical systems support for two national retailers and streamlining operations within four Fortune 500 manufacturers.
Bill has been consulting, training, and coaching for 10 years and is focused on both strategic and tactical improvements to build operational capabilities. His areas of expertise include Lean Six Sigma and the ISO family of business management systems, including AS9100, TS 16949, and ITAR. Other offerings include building high performance work teams, risk mitigation, strategic business assessments, building supplier-based alliances, and training for the ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification. He has conducted numerous HR training courses in supervisory management, executive leadership, and installing performance measurement systems.
Bill holds an M.B.A from Bryant College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
