Angelo has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and quality assurance and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) for the Medical Device, Automotive, Consumer, Electronic, Healthcare, and Chemical Industries. His background includes product development, supplier quality, quality system design and implementation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, TS 16949), regulatory compliance and negotiations, internal and external audits, and FDA submittals.

Angelo formed Quality Support Group, Inc. in 1993 to help organizations reach their core objectives. QSG has since become a leading international consulting and training firm, delivering organizational continuous improvement and proven performance with a number of business sectors including aerospace, defense, medical device, and food safety. Angelo’s training and consulting specialty areas include strategic quality planning, risk management, supply chain management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs, FDA QSIT regulatory conformance for devices, validation programs, third-party assessments, and HACCP analysis.

Angelo is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a CQA (ASQ Certified Quality Auditor), a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, and he has extensive experience with Safe Quality Food (SQF), HACCP Auditing, ISO 13485 Consulting and Training, and 21CFR820.

Angelo received an M.B.A. and M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
